Bottle shared. Black with dark brown head. Massive bourbon, chocolate, a lot of cinnamon, soft milk chocolate, light licorice, vanilla. Very sweet, medium bodied. Full bodied, slick and smooth. Lovely.

Birthday ticking session round 2! Black with a nice brown but short lived head. Aroma certainly shows off the cinnamon upfront, with cocoa, coconut, chocolate brownies, bourbon, vanilla, booze. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with a moderate thick texture, alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation

Bottle big thanks to Abz Kenny. It pours rich black motor oil with a tan head. The aroma is all about the cinnamon upfront, fragrant, oily, oak, earthy, roasted malt, bourbon, touch of umami, chocolate cake, vanilla, maltesers, mars bar and big red chewing gum. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, rich roasted malt, woody, earthy, fragrant spice, big cinnamon character with persists, warming spice, big red chewing gum, vanilla fudge, light coconut, bourbon, jammy almost and some cakey vibes with a spicy and warming finish. Fulsome body and fine carbonation. Slick and oily in the mouth. Cinnamon is the dominant force in this, which is perhaps a bit much (when compared to the others in the series). Fun nonetheless.

Pitch black pour with a dark tan head that dissipates quickly. Whiskey, oak, cinnamon, cacao, bitter cherries, roasted malt, a bit of ash. Just a tiny bit unbalanced, the cinnamon giving the beer a bit of an earthy texture & flavor, but damn is this good.

Bottle@Peders Cycle Cuvee Event, Copenhagen (07/11/2020) - black with a tan head. Dark sweet malty with chocolate, mix of caramel and fudge toffee sweetness, full body, great bourbon and spiced cinnamon interplay into the dark sweet malty lingering close. Goes down a treat.
