Bottle at the flat in Cadaques - picked up from a supermarket in Empuries. Pours clear honey-gold with a modest, creamy white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with rich wheat bread character, a touch of honey, straw, yeast, banana. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Decent balance to finish, more rich wheat bread, yeast, banana chips. Drinks fine overall.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch P04.11.19 15:36 (BBF E04.02.21). AROMA: medium clove-like aroma, followed by a medium-low bready-like wheat background. faint citrus. APPEARANCE: deep gold color and translucent. medium-high white head, creamy, with average retention. TASTE: initial medium to medium-high wheat malt presence, followed by low oxidation (cardboard-like), medium-low clove. medium-low bitterness with a wheaty and semi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-high body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an average wheat beer.

0,33 flaske fra Mercadona Nerja, delt med Kitty på hotellbalkongen etter fantastisk grottetur: Lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Forfriskende aroma og smak med appelsinskall/marmelade, koriander og andre kryddertoner, litt tyggis. Mild bitterhed i den halvsøte avslutningen. Meget lettdrikkelig i 27C.
