Brewed using Slovenian Stryian Golding hops which impart a zesty Lime flavour. The mix of Cara malt and Wheat malt give a smooth, creamy body to the beer.

500ml bottle at 4.8%. Pours orange gold with a small head. Aroma has a lovely citrus twang but far too much diacetyl underneath. Taste has citrus to start with a buttery, citrus finish. Oily mouthfeel.

Stillage gravity cask at the Pembury Tavern, London on 21 July 2010 during the pub’s summer festival. Amber with virtually no head within a couple of minutes from dispense. Hoppy - floral/grapefruit with some broad-bean notes. Bittersweet aftertaste, the texture smooth, slightly on the flat side. An OK beer, but not a favourite as sampled on this session. 6-3-6-3-12 Re-rating November 2024: Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 16th November 2024. Gold with shallow off-white foam and spot lacing. Zesty hop aroma. Fruity in-mouth with citrus peel and orchard fruits. A bittersweet finish. Light bodied with a crisp though somewhat watery mouthfeel. 6-3-6-3-14

[on draught at The Retreat, Reading] Lemon foretaste with leafy overtones descends into a bitter but pleasant dusty straw aftertaste.
