Brewed using Slovenian Stryian Golding hops which impart a zesty Lime flavour. The mix of Cara malt and Wheat malt give a smooth, creamy body to the beer.

Cask handpull at Fly in the Loaf, Liverpool. Gold colour with slight haze and lasting off white head. Aroma a bit like a biere de garde blonde. Bit of peach/apricot. Rather good if I’m being honest. Full in mouth, good pale malts and then rich citrus twang on end. Bit of strawberry maybe. Very good golden rich beer.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm) Amber/orange colour with brief off-white head. Fruity nose with orange peel, mandarin and a slight hint of ginger. Fruity taste with orange, some chocolate and a floral, slightly soapy, bitterness in the finish. Balanced sweetness throughout. Nice citrussy hop character.

Cask at The Jolly Angler, Reading. A hazy yellow-gold colour with a white head; aroma of hops and honey; taste is initially citric, followed by a powerful blast of hops and then some honey, and then eventually a slight pepperyness. A complex pint. (Rated: 6/3/6/3/14)
Bottle ABV 4.8% from Threshers, Wokingham. Amber with a thin white head; good lacing; fresh citrus and honey aroma; again a citric taste with a good blast of hop followed by honey and a warming finish, perhaps due to the higher ABV? (Rated: 6/3/6/4/15)

Cask at Merton Summer Festival July 2005. Cannot understand how I never got around to rating this before. Lovely golden colour, wonderful hoppy aroma taste is smooth but quite refreshing with hops again dominating citrusy flavours also present a very decent summer beer.
