È bevibile e di facile approccio per la sua categoria di appartenenza grazie al corpo leggero, ancorché dotato di particolare complessità aromatica con note di malto e caramello. Tale risultato è ottenuto mediante l’uso di un processo di produzione che conserva ancora la pratica delle tre miscele di mosto, metodo tradizionale e che richiede tante risorse, ormai quasi in disuso. L’esclusivo processo di fermentazione a bassa temperatura, lungo e complesso, le conferisce un gusto morbido ed unico, che le permette di distinguersi fortemente all’interno della categoria birre rosse.

This beer is not great but it is ok and better than the lager version that it is not complicated. At the beginning, the taste is rather dry with a side of biscuit, after it is becoming smooth and malty with a little side of toffee, classical hop, 23.06.20, from the ipercoop, Domodossola.

500ml bottle from Noz. Pours a deep vienna amber, good sized head, slightly off-white I suppose. Moist fruitcake notes, with an appealing amber malt sweetness. Pleasant vienna lager.

je piva kao stvorena za tmurne, kišne dane kad se nebo sivo spustilo do prozora, a u zraku visi miris mokrog lišća i asfaltne melankolije. Dok kapljice ritmično udaraju po staklu, ova bogata crvena ljepotica sjeda u ruku kao stari, pouzdani džemper — topla, slojevita i utješna.

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, átlátszó, félbarna - vörösréz szín. Gabonás, karamelles illat, némi gyümölcsös aromával. Gabonás, kartamelles, enyhén fűszeres íz, némi borsos utóízzel. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén kesernyés. Jól iható, semmi extra.

Bottle. Copper beer with a dark cream head. Caramel and light dark fruit aroma. Caramel and dark fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Caramel and dark fruit linger.

Bottle at hotel, reddish colour, small head. Aroma is metallic, malt, grain, caramel, some fruit. Taste is the same, metallic, bitter, malt, grain, dry mouthfeel. Meh
