Tasting at Peters, Ystad, Sweden (25/11/2023) - grassy and grainy, notes of corn sweetness, light body, pretty harsh drying finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a small, rough, white head. Some actual floral hop aroma. Medium body, some maltiness and floral hops, but also an annoying, slight tartness. Subdued bitterness. Still way cleaner tan this brewery used to be. 230623

Bottled. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is some malts, mild caramel and some strange tartness to it. Flavour is grassy, caramelly and quite sourish berries and also being rather flat as for the carbonation.

Lust gyllene vätska med lågt skumlock. Inledande arom av källartrappa bådar inte gott för fortsättningen. Angripen och syrlig i smaken. Denna har helt klart försämrats sedan den gjordes. Om någon utomstående undrar är det troligen så här det sk. svenskölet ibland kunde smaka.

(Draught, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 2 Dec 2021) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, dough, hay and herbal hops. Malty taste with bread, grass, hay, dough, some toffee and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Clean and tasty. Quite enjoyable.

0,33 flaske fra Systembolaget Ystad, i lejligheden mars-18: dyp gylden med kort skum. Maltdrevet aroma og smak med litt gress, citrus og urter. Halvsøt avslutning. For svakt karbonert, så den blir fort flat og nokså kjedelig.
