Can from Craftbeer-shop.com. Almost black with a tiny off-white head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, licorice, lactose and light red wine. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. Very weak for the ABV. 060621

440ml can. Opaque, darkest brown colour with minimally late awakening, small, creamy, fading, minimally lacing, beige head. Woody, vinous fruity, and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, morello, a touch of blue grapes, whiffs of vanilla, some oak. Taste is sweet-ish and tart, chocolately, dark malty, vinous fruity, slightly dry woody, minimally bitter alcoholic, notes of dark chocolate, hints of blue grapes, a touch of morello, some oak, red wine, a tart-ish, tannic touch; slightly warming, alcoholic, bitter finish with a touch of pumpkin seed. Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Not really harmonious, integrated, a tad boozy, not as intense as you'd expect from a 12.0% abv brew - slightly disappointing.
44cl can. A very dark brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of dark malt, chocolate, vanilla, dark red fruits, pumpkin. Taste of sweet dark chocolate malt, vanilla, red fruits, some wood.

Can from Biervana, München. Had this at home Wednesday 30th December 2020 listening to Marc Riley on 6 Music, cooking Pigs in Blankets Carbonara. Pours black with a fast disappearing head. This is surprisingly thin for the abv, was expecting a more fuller, oily textured beer. Red wine influence is very up front in fact to the detriment of all else, a little bit tart even. I am really not enjoying this at all, okay the usual flavours are here but most subtleties are completely run roughshod over by the red wine ageing. Couldn't finish this.

Can, Bierkiste. Brown black, low head. Tart balsamic and roasted seeds, grape sweetness. Medium body, mellow, sweet broad real vanilla bean flavor, toasted, wood notes, light must, tobacco, pistachio, roast seed and grape retronasal. Very neat and mold breaking.

Can. Opaque brown color with tiny beige head. Aroma is definite vanilla, chocolate, sachertorte, not so much pumpkin seed yet, but pleasant. Taste is the full on combo of vanilla and pumpkin seed, with a definite pumpkin seed finish, chocolate, balanced af, soft fruity barrel, just a touch tannins there. Oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Very drinkable. This is pastry with terroir, and done right. Extra points for this.
