Bottle at home. Has a cloudy copper colour with a big light pink head that fades to a small one. Aroma of apple cider vinegar, rapsberries, oak, dried apricots, heather, citric acid, stable and forest floor. Flavour of apple cider vinegar, oak, heather, red currants and some citric acid. Has a slick and a little soft mouth feel, medium to full bodied, and a light bitterness. Well-balanced and easy-drinking (!).

Bottle: Poured a light reddish color lambic with a large light pink color head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some nice fresh black currant notes and some oak notes is quite enticing. Taste is a mix of funky ester with some black currant notes and oak with some tart notes and no real acidic notes. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Solid fruited lambic with great flavors while retaining some very good drinkability.

Flaska från Belgiuminabox. Disig rosaröd vätska med medelhögt skum i med samma färg i ljusare nyans. Pigg och frisk syra och massor av bär i doft och smak. Ung och ganska snäll syra och mycket svart vinbär. Kan inte bli fel. Mycket gott.

Clear cherry red colour with lasting head. Aroma has nice juicy fruit and a light hint of funky Geuze. In the flavour the blackcurrants are prominent. Starting sweet and sour with a bitter edge in the aftertaste.

Bottle 75cl. Parkbench with Thomas A und Martin Mikkeller. Pours Hazy deep red with a creamy White head. Rhubarb, blueberries, blackberries, funk and Wood. Rhubarb lingering.. Funky fresh - quite tart though. Bone dry.

75cl bottle shared with Soph at the start of our 11 mile cruise down the River Severn from Montford Bridge on the Seahawk 4. Deep hazed purple appearance, sparse bubbles atop. Aroma brings nice blackcurrant fruitiness alongside the wild sour funk. Taste is crisp, with a great wild sour complexity, lovely blackcurrant presence. Juicy and tart. Very good.

8-4-7-4-14 Bottle, six months after bottling. Pours hazy red, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of blackberries, currants, grapes and musty fruits, as well as leather and wooden notes. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart, lactic notes with blackberries, currants, dark berries and wine grapes, as well as leather, tannins. Pitch dry finish.
