Poured from a 750 ml bottle dated June 2020. Aroma is fairly berry forward with light phenolic and tannin notes. Faint earthy, herbal notes, citrus and oak notes. Light alcohol notes. Pours a slightly hazy, bright, reddish-purple with a large, thick, pillowy, slightly pink head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers on the edges for a bit. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is fairly acidic with light grain notes and sweetness. Light bitterness and alcohol notes. Lots of blackberry notes with faint tannin and phenolic notes. Light earthy, herbal notes with hints of citrus and oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid blackberry lambic. Decent funny notes and lots of fruit, but a bit too acidic and sharp for me.

Bottle from Beerdome. Light hazy deep red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, black currant and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 250421

Bottle. Gusher. Color: Hazy red, light pink head. Aroma: Quite some wild yeast funk, subtle black currant. Taste: Pretty much tannins, barnyard and horseblanket wild yeast funk, quite subtle fruity black currant and some blackberry and light strawberry hints, hay, oak wood notes. Moderate to over moderate tart, light sweetness, very light bitterness. Dry and lightly foamy mouthfeel. Nice.

750ml bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear red - purple with a lasting off - white head. The aroma is all about that funky brett upfront, barnyard action, tangy berry action, blueberry, blackberry, blackcurrant, hay, haylage, oak, sherbet, sour candy and some jamminess. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, bright sherbet character, refreshers, zingy, blackberry, blackcurrant, jammy, light acidity, funk and some dry oak with a puckering sherbet berry finish. Medium body and moderate+ carbonation. Bright, fruity and funky. Lovely balance to it. Very moreish.

T: sour fruity, sour black currants, bit sour cherries, woody, brett, lemon touch, bit puckering, blackberries, soft carbonation, very refreshing with full fruity feeling, fully enjoyed.

Väga marjane, mahlane, nats mõrkjas. Karbunn on mõnsa. Hapusus on samas ühekülgne: nagu värsket väga haput mahla jooks. Normaalsed inimesed lahjendaks seda veega, et saada umbes paraja hapususega morss. Üldiselt muidu siiski kokku täitsa ok mahl. 3.6
