Top-fermented amber beer that has a great character, produced with pure couplet barley malt. The nose gives sensations of vanilla, fruits, honey; in the mouth we find hints of bread, honey and aromatic herbs, with a medium body.

It is perfect with our Parmigiano Reggiano and with seasoned cheeses.

It was our first brew in the 2001.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Hazy, pale amber golden with a nice, dense and rather stable, off-white head. Fresh and fruity nose. Medium-bodied with notes of of caramel, fruit and yeast. Sweetish and pleasant but could use a bit more hoppiness for balance. 270707

3rd June 2010 - Brasserie 4:20. Bottle - Cheers Alex! Hazy gold beer. Short lived white head. Very light soft airy palate. Slightly sweet lagerish malt. A little orange underneath. Smooth as a baby’s arse bit not hugely flavoursome.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is earth, barnyard, yeast and some fruits. Flavour is fruits, earth and a lot of yeasty notes. Some slight vanillaish notes as it gets a little warmer. Yet another very pleasant product from Panil.

Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Cloudy dark yellow, lively head. Horse blanket aroma. Sweet and yeasty, medium bodied with soft, spritzy mouthfeel. Complex flavour of vanilla and orange as well as soap, perfume and horse blanket. A bit fruity. Low bitterness. Individualistic and very well made.
