Tap @ Pardaf, Antwerp. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, star anise and barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 120422

Base beer is their typical lambic, which is great. The star anise adds an interesting complexion, almost a little black peppery. Foeders ams

From notes. Very dry, okay, light sour, grape, green apple, anise and spice. It improved with time, but

Lambic funk with some nice a nice in the background. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soured funk and the anise hits quick and hard. Not bad.

Draft @ Billies 2021, shared with Brewver BE crew.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A hazy yellow golden beer. Aroma of tart grapes, anis and apples. Taste of sour yellow fruits, grapes and anis.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Hazy golden-orange body, white head. Anise and light funk in the aroma, berry touches? Dry taste - fennel, anise, minty, salty, lightly funky, some glue notes. Nice in a way, the anise merges well with the funkiness. Glad to have tried it!

Draught sample at MBCC 2021. Clear golden colour with a thin, white head. Tart fruity aroma with wooden notes, vinegar and subtle star anise. Thankfully for that!

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, with limited, very fine white foam. Aroma is a nice combination of balsamic and the usual brett feelings of barn, sweat, and later on orange. Body is average, with limited carbonation. Some astringency, and some balsamic feeling too. Taste is medium-high sour. Final is fairly long with a good intense salivation.
