Bottle at pizza plant buffalo. Pours clear deep amber, nose is caramel, vanilla, coconut, winter spice, apple, taste is apple pie, caramel, vanilla, coconut, berries.

Brown bottle, 1 pint 0.9 ounce, from and with Luc Bourbonnière (merci!), at Jean-Frédéric Pleau, savoured on 1 October 2023; colour: bronze, cloudy, no effervescence, no head, no lacing; nose: alcohol, malt, cinnamon, caramel, alcohol, lightly fruity; mouth: alcohol, malt, cinnamon, caramel, alcohol, lightly fruity, finale in cinnamon with presence of caramel, full-bodied, average carbonation, mildly sweet, alcoholic texture; in short: very good FRANÇAIS Bouteille brune, 1 pinte 0,9 once, de et avec Luc Bourbonnière (merci!), chez Jean-Frédéric Pleau, savourée le 1 octobre 2023; œil : bronze, voilée, pas d'effervescence, pas de mousse, pas de dentelle; nez : alcool, malt, cannelle, caramel, alcool, léger fruité; bouche : alcool, malt, cannelle, caramel, alcool, léger fruité, finale en cannelle avec présence de caramel, corsée, carbonatation moyenne, moyennement sucrée, texture alcoolique; en résumé : bien bon
A red copper barleywine with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of cinnamon, apple jack, vinous character, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with vinous notes, cinnamon, alcohol warmth, very nice.
I appreciate this, but it is wayyy boozy for me.
From backlog. Taster from Bottle at MBCC Gold Beer Walk, Copenhagen. Dark brown with offwhite head. Malts, Caramel, cinnamon, Apple, bourbon, sweetness.

Bottle. A- Apple brandy, caramel, cinnamon, booze. A- Copper color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Apple brandy, toffee, cinnamon, mild booze heat. P- Full body, slightly sharp texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Baked cinnamon apples with a caramel drizzle and a touch of brandy heat. That sums this one up. Excellent BC non stout brew. Wish I had a few more of these. Perhaps a touch underrated.

Enjoyed on tap at Lowry Arcade in Tampa, FL during Tampa Bay Beer Week. Fantastic stuff, light amber hue, definite caramel notes, tastes boozy in a good way, very enjoyable. Would have again.

Possibly the best bourbon county I have tasted. Mild bourbon in the aroma. Sweet apple and caramel flavor. Rich.
