Centurion's Ghost is a multi gold medal award winning dark ruby ale. It has a smooth roasted malt palate, and a combination of Challenger, Fuggle and Bramling Cross hops give it a subtle bitterness with autumn fruit flavours that linger on the aftertaste.

Cask@Charlies Bar, Copenhagen (05/03/2022) - very dark amber brown with a off white head. Sweet and light roasted malty, light cocoa and dark fruity notes, fruit cake, caramel and toffee sweetness, hoppy undertones surfacing, low soft cask carbonation and a medium body, lingering malty finish. Nice.

Cask at the Royal Standard, Wooburn Common. A reddish chestnut pour with a loose cream head; aroma of caramel and purple fruit; smooth fruity caramel taste with an earthy bitterness; then some sour fruit and licorice to finish. Satisfying.

Half pour (cask) at The Last Drop. Dark brown, small creamy beige head. Big, roast bitter aroma. Taste is smooth and roasty, dark chocolate, burnt toast. Velvety smooth, melts in the mouth. Stunning.

Cask at the Old Horse, Leicester. Dark brown with a touch of translucency. Some nice natural carbonation adds to the thin khaki head. Gentle chocolate malt aroma with a light woody hop. Sweet creamy taste with balancing bitterness in the finish. Stone fruit and hot chocolate in the aftertaste. Decent, a bit by-the-book but still quaffable.

Cask at York brewery. Red color and very thick, lacing foam malt aroma. Great, silky smooth palate. Malt flavor. Lots of flavor for a mild. Dry grain finish.
