Fles gedeeld door JvW. Goudgeel helder bier, flink schuimend tijdens inschenken. Schuim blijft als een film liggen. Aroma is kruidig. Smaak van citrusvruchten en is licht zurig. Smaak ebt snel weg.

Clear yellow, unstable, off-white head. Aroma of mouldy grape, old white wine, apricot, lemon candy, herbs, vague urinal even. Taste has sweet-sour grape & apricot in a bread-malty body, phenolic spicy edge, ending grassy hoppy with old yellow fruit and wet wood. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. No structure at all.

Pours unclear yello. Medium white head. Scent is buttery, mild oak. BE yeast. Taste is full, buttery, BE yeast, quite phenolic. Mild oak. Decent at best.

Dorée présentant un léger voile, col épais blanc.
Arôme reste d'emblée classique sur une approche belge - marqué par la levure et qcq esters, ces derniers sont un peu diminués par les effluves de barrique qui se dégagent tout en restant subtiles. Houblonné léger, malts sur le cara pils, pâle, léger côté de grains concassés avec un rétro rustique.
Palais est de suite marqué par une petite sécheresse presque sur un effet 'brut', le Chardonnay perce en rétro avec une petite note de boisé. Le tout reste très belge avec une approche sur le style triple, houblonné sur la fin pour une amertume noble - finement floral et fruité.

Cloudy blond to beige beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very yeasty, lots of coriander, soapy, meh… MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of coriander, very soapy, yeasty, bitter, unpleasant and herbal. Didn’t like at all…
