Bottle 0.75l, from our archive, vintage 2020. Slightly cloudy, orange colored. AROMA- funky, leather, fermented white grape must, apricot, almonds, mustard, plums. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, moderately sour, apricot, grapes, plums, quite funky, a bit sharp, apple, touch of juicy berries - strawberry, raspberry. Fuller bodied. Full and rich, very nice.

2020 Ed. Head gone in seconds, hazy orange-ochre-golden beer. Leather, malts, wild yeasts, sulphur. Sweet-sour, in the mouth the grapes are present with some acidity and more fruitsweetness. There's however a strange, fleeting hint of chlorine (sterilization?). Lactic acid, some acetic acid and fruitacids, lemon. Acidthinning, yet very slick - grapeskins? Not very carbonated, lipsmacking acidity. Yet a totally different product from this brewery, original. Thanks to Stef!

Bottle. Color: Bit hazy orangish golden to amber, very thin fast disappearing white head. A lot of tiny carbonation bubbles going to the top of the glass. Sizzling. Aroma: Fruity tart grapes, grape sugar and some wild yeast funk. Taste: Fruity sweetish and tart, acidic grapes, grape sugar, some grapeskin, wood and tannins, funky wild yeast. Medium to just over medium body, average carbonation. Long lasting fruity finish. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Moderate sweet and tart, with some over moderate tart vinegar notes. Quite a lot of carbonation for this kind of wild beer, getting somewhat less (and better in my opinion) when standing longer. Overall a nice one.

Huge thanks Motelpogo! Hazy orange body, almost no head. The aroma is fairly classic Wild Creatures, wild, glue, some mild fruity notes, solid, but not thrilling. The taste, however, is quite nice - lean, fresh taste, grapes, light acetic acid, well integrated funk. Quite tasty really, I'd almost say sessionable really. Good stuff.
