440ml can from lowcostbeer.com, consumed 1 week past BBE. Murky dark orange, brief fizzy off-white head which doesn't last. Aroma of white grape, citrus, overripe pineapple, herbs, booze. Taste is bittersweet from the off, with tropical fruits, light citrus zest, floral pine, creamy malts, some spice in the finish. Medium to full bodied, soft carbonation, goes down a treat. Excellent.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, short lived pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth creamy malts, a tad thin. The NZ hops and Citra bring a light smooth pine and a degree of savoury bite. Light orangey citrus, getting juicy but only a little brightness. Ripe yellow grapefruit and a touch of soft skunk. Floral citrus on the back end and some mellow hop spice. Not picking up any Nelson grape but nothing new there. This hop ain't what it used to be. Leaves a bitterish marmalade linger. Not bad. Goes down easy but for me, lacks the brightness of the 4+ territory.

Can. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Gloopy pour sits murked up, deep orange gold. Thin and lasting, leggy, white head. Nose has loads of soggy stone fruit. Lemon curd. Some sappy pine. Taste is super sweet and fruity. Nicely estery bitterness. Smooth and slick on the palate. Fine carbonation. Drinks well easy at the ABV. Touch of welcome sharp bitterness on the finish.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 25/12/20. Murky orange with a well presented lasting off white head. Nose is pine resin, weed, raw pineapple, grapefruit, citric pith, light booze tunes. Taste comprises bitter sweet tropical fruits, pine resin, weed, hop spice, light dextrose tickle, grapefruit, raw mango. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with lightly aggressive juicy hop bitterness and a balanced rising boost. Solid high boost hoppage ... drinks fine for double digits. Great bitterness piercing throughout ... never got to sweet or gloopy unlike some contemporaries.

Can picked up from Hoptimism website, Loughborough, Leicestershire, UK. Consumed at home Monday 21st December 2020 listening to Craig Charles on 6Music standing in for Steve Lamaqs show, making Pork Pies. Murky yellow with a white head, a fury of hops really kicks in, in fact it is so hoppy your tongue is momentarily numbed. Nice soft mouthfeel, it's an appropriate name :-( good beer though.
