Bottle @ Corona Share -#15 with SirAlex and Crazy Joe Davola. Pours Deep unclear orange with fading bubbles. Flat carbonation. Matured red Apples, Wood and funk. Barnyard. Very dry and funky finish. Lovely all the Way!

25/8/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale copper amber with minimal head. Aroma of toffee apple, caramel, light funk, touch of wood and rubber. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness with light tartness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Tart and sweet finish.

Sample, thanks to danlo! Cheers mate. Hazed golden amber appearance. Aroma presents sour fruity barnyard funk. Palate presents a nice jagged tannic tang that marries nicely with the islay influence that brings woody warmth to the caramel notes. Good.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a coppery with no head. Aroma is fruity, rubbery, funky, sour. Taste is fruity, some sweet caramel, apple, tannin, finish is tingle.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Pommeliers Club. Slightly hazy orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of citric rind, funky, sour apple. Taste is tangy, funky lemon rind, tart apple, some caramel, wood, oak, orchardy and spicy tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart funk & tannic finish. Very drinkable.
