Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a clear with white bubbles. Taste is apple, kinda mushy pressed. Taste is tart apples, citrus, lingers around the palate.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, small bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of pulpy apple, fruity. Taste is fruity, apple, sweetish, green apple, fleshy, with a candy-like hint and some dry citric acidity. Medium bodied, low soft carbonation, drying tart finish. Quite drinkable

25/6/2020. Bottle bought direct from the cidery. Pours hazy/cloudy pale yellow with a bubbly white head. Aroma of green apples, sharp apple juice, touch of sulphur. Quite sharp sour, and and a little salty. Medium body, average carbonation. Tart, drying, tannic apple finish. Started to quite like the taste of this one the more I had.

500ml bottle, thanks to Grumbo for this! Pours pale gold with a faint mist. Crisp, bright sweet apple fruit, green apple, skins, apple core. Spritzy carbonation, some gooseberry and sweet white wine notes. Decent.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ [ Adult Bike Distance Tasting ].

[ As Broadway Press Ice Cyder Frostbite ].
ABV: 7.5%. Clear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, rich apple, champagne yeast - yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart apple, champagne yeast, apple, sour, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200408]

Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are champagne, fruits, yeast, rich carbonation, apples and a light citric apple finish.
