This thick juicy cask Pale Ale is packed full of Amarillo at flameout and double dry-hopped with yet more Amarillo and Motueka for a huge fruity citrusy aroma and lush notes of orange and mandarin on the palate. This monster hop profile sits well on a malt bed of pale ale, oats and Munich malt.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 1 June 2025) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, orange, pineapple and peaches. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, orange, pineapple, grass, peaches, wheat crackers and a balanced citric/grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hoppy, refreshing and highly drinkable. Very nice.

On keg at Carlton Town FC bar - hazy yellow, big white head, which fades PDQ. Citrussy kick at the beginning with tropical undertones, some herby grassiness, bit of wheaty cereal. Nice and fresh.
