9/11/2024. Bottle from Raise The Bar, Chapel-en-le-Frith. Derbyshire rating #350. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is peaty, whisky, smoked, baked apple, sherbet, citrus. Moderate sweetness, quite sharp tartness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Interesting.

330ml bottle, picked up from a cafe in Derbyshire on a 50 mile mountain bike ride through the peaks. Misty pale yellow, wild flora on the nose, crisp, bright acidity, dry, fine spritz. Decent overall.

Draught at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, 2020. Bright golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is buttery, apple, whisky, vanilla, wood barrel, some biscuit notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry slighthly biscuity finish. Quite OK
