The first beer brewed by Allendale Brewery on St. Valentine's Day 2006.

A beautiful light ruby ale, highly drinkable with a refreshing bitterness and an exciting citrus floral hop character from a late hopping of Cascade. Also has Columbus.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - deep amber with a proportionate head. Nose - bran flakes almost into cake. Taste - light cake and dried orange peel. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - a solid Bitter. Quite pleasant.

Bottle from Grassington Wine Co, Grassington. Copper-amber with a very thin head. Has a plenty of toffee in both its nose and taste with a small smoothness to its texture.
