A golden ale with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light coriander, fruity esters, light cloves, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of curacao, coriander, resinous hops, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Hazy, bright golden colour with a frothy white head, good stay and some foamy lacing left. A Belgian Tripel-spicy base with fresh grassy-citrusy hops and hints of apples, honey. The mouthfeel is on the thinner side, wet with just enough building, mild dryness. Some bitterness appears late and lingers a little. Only getting a bit of the Nelson Sauvin, Sauvignon Blanc grape notes. Getting a little more of the Motueka hops giving the apple-pear, tropical-stone fruit combo. Quite an easy-drinking, very strong Tripel with good hoppiness, fruitiness and the alcohol well-hidden.

Arômes citronnés d’agrumes, sauvignon blanc, accents poivrés et quelques notes herbacées composent l’essentiel de l’olfactif. Une mousse de taille moyenne et assez dense recouvre le liquide jaunâtre et flou. Les notes d’agrumes rappellent l’orange et se marient très bien avec l’aspect calcaire du Nelson Sauvin pour nous donner une entrée de bouche fruitée et épicée. Des fruits à chair blanche comme la poire et la groseille viennent complexifier la palette. Amplitude du corps avec une texture soyeuse. L’amertume est terreuse et herbacée. La carbonatation est un peu déficiente cependant. Houblons Néo-Zélandais bien en évidence dans cette triple du Nouveau-Monde forte et onctueuse. Appréciée. O:7.11 V:4.35 G:9.16 C:2.9 G:16.5 T:40.02
