Hazy, golden colour with a white head, good stay and some nice sticky, creamy-bubbly lacing. Quite a fresh, fruity nose with litchi and pineapple, blending with a bunch of tropical fruits and citrus. The flavours show a lot of fruitiness as well, with the Galaxy glowing passion fruits, oranges and hints of peaches. A juicy mouthfeel with some mild zesty dryness. This is quite the beautiful, fruity, juicy NEPA with so much going on - for only two hops.
