This fine pale ale has citrus and tropical fruit aromatic shared with a well-balanced – yet abundant – hop character. It uses our own Belgian yeast, five malts, two hops, and plenty of patience. Finishing touches include dry-hopping with Cascade hops and warm-cellaring.

Bottle. Clear deep golden color with a nice looking huge white head. Aroma of citric and floral hops, fruity yest and light spiciness. Flavor has light malt sweetness at first, continues more yeasty and fruity and finishes with lots of pleasant bitter hops , citric and spicy. Medium-bodied. A good hoppy Belgian-style ale.

Keg at the White Horse. It pours cloudy orange, with a thick foamy white head. The nose is Belgian yeast, hay, pear, pineapple and some herbs. The taste is very fruity: orange, pear, pineapple, red apple, tangerine, as well as: hay, straw, grass, Belgian yeast and some spice, with a bitter-dry finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and good balance. Smooth, gentle alcohol warmth lingers throughout. A very fruity and tasty Belgian-style ale.
