Almost no head (white) on a dark amber body. The nose pops with grapefruit and fruit rind hoppiness. Unfortunately the taste profile does not match the hoppy nose. Some citrus and tropical fruit accents are counterbalanced by caramel malt. Body is medium-thin with a smooth soft mouth feel.

Pours deep bronze gold into a tulip. White head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Tangerine and pine aromas. Medium bodied with sweet caramel, pine and oak front to back. Lasting sweet pine finish.

Bouteille 500ml. Sur fond malté, s'élève un dry hop légèrement gazonné, avec notes de fruits tropicaux, mangue, orange,mais surtout du biscuit issu d'un malt fortement présent. Le visuel présente un liquide flou, ambré orangé, avec une mousse très épaisse et rocailleuse qui tient près de deux minutes. L'entrée de bouche est épicée, se déclinant en une amertume terreuse et astringente. Notes de poivre, de gazon, de terre. Légères notes de résine, de biscuit. Sa forte astringence lui confère une âpreté difficile en fin de bouche. Correcte tout au plus.

A hazed amber ipa with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice fruity biscuit malt with loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, good biscuit malt with herbaceous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at Mondial 2015.
