Draft: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice thick white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes, light rustic malt with some residual sugar notes. Taste is a good mix of cereal notes with some rustic malt with some residual sugar notes and light bready ester. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good drinkable saison with some complexity missing.

Boreale Saison des Plages 4.9% Gold with a thick white head and a fruity Brett and wheat cakes aroma. Medium bodied with a very raspy mouthfeel and a zesty citrus, wheat and mild Brett/horse blanket finish. Solid. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a slight hazy light-golden yellow colour with loads of bubbles, creating a big head, great retention and some foamy lacing. Citrus and fresh grass aromas with hints of bananas and Belgian Ale yeast. The mouthfeel is crisp with a light dryness. The taste also has lemon zest, citrusy notes with some mild malts.

Bien fermière et vraiment très sèche; j'adore. Il y a des céréales au nez, mais le goût suit plus ou moins.
