Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of creamy sweet chocolate notes with some vanilla and cocoa notes is quite enticing. Taste is a mix of creamy sweet chocolate notes with some vanilla and light peanut butter notes. Body is full with nice creamy texture and good carbonation. Another superb pastry stout with just enough residual sugar to keep drinkability at a good level.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with vanilla essence, light coffee, Peanuts, Cacao Nibs, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light peanut notes, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.

Real dark brown colour with a little copper highlights. The head is mocha-coloured with bubble around the rim and little spotted lacing. Cocoa powder aromas blended with coconut and other chocolate notes. The taste is pretty rich, but not too thick, so goes down nicely. Roasted, chocolate malts with coffee hints. Fairly dry finish, bitterness lingering a bit with a tad peanut butter. Even though not as sweet dessert as their other 10% ABV Imperial Sweet Stouts, still loaded with beautiful ingredients. Starting to feel the peanut butter more and more, which seems to be what is blending things.

750 from the brewery (thx, Phill S. for the express delivery, lol!) shared with Andrey after Friday's gym. Appearance: dark brown with the same head, pours like an oil. Aroma: cacao, chocolate, vanilla. Taste: along the same lines, very chocolatey, moderately sweet, medium bodied compared to other pastries from the brewery. Overall: good one, but not exceptional.
