Bought at Liquor Shed in Casper part of a mixed 12pack. Best before March 1st 2023.
Pours a slightly hazy gold with a huge head of foam.
Smells yeasty, spicy, fruity, with notes of cloves, pepper, coriander, low hop bitterness if any. Some booze.
Taste matches the smell. Dry to my palate, again, wishing that there was more of a hop presence. Very good as is.
Good mouthfeel. Very good Tripel.

33cl bottle pours a translucent, fairly dark orange with some clumpy, white head. Nose has a lot, stone fruits and honey, candi, yeast, clove, bubblegum. Flavor is sweet, pineapple brulee, LeBron bubblicious, peach candies, burnt orange, some sourness that reads green papaya. Full bodied, off dry finish with a bite from the booze.

Holding a 33 cl bottle of Watou Tripel obtained from Belgian Happiness. My ABGB snifter awaits and I pour to see an amber-gold body with a fluffy top of white foam. The scent is peach, floral and meadow. I lift the glass for a drink. The taste is more aggressive than the nose and I do not complain. Grain, yeast, yellow raisins, alcohol, yellow fruit, straw, a touch of spice and a firm closing bitterness. My first tripel in a long time. It was worth the wait.

(Bottle) Pours cleat golden with big dense white head. Good aroma of bread with notes of pears and pepper. Medium bodied with excellent carbonation - bright and mouth filling. Great taste too. Complex and interesting. There’s pears, banana, pepper, yoghurt, hints of bubblegum. There’s a good peppery bitterness in the finish. Very enjoyable.
