Originally rated December 2006. Sampled at the brewpub itself this past September. Poured a cloudy golden colour with a white frothy head, good retention, small lace and light carbonation. The nose was very mild with just the yeast aroma. Mostly watery mouthfeel with very mild tart. Light sourness at first, but goes into the Belgian white yeast and had a small touch of corriander. Refreshing brew (as my mouth was dry that day), but lacking a bit of taste (orange zest).

Hazy blonde with a thin creamy white head. Nice classic cloves in aroma, and bubblegum, perfumey. In mouth, a classic with, creamy and smooth, with the typical bubblegum/cloves notes. Medium bodied. Pleasing. On tap, Bieres et Saveurs, Sept. 2 2006.8-3-7-3-12
A lightly hazed golden wit with a thin white head. In aroma, cloves, fruity esters, bubblegum. In mouth, a watery wit with light cloves and maple notes, a bit oily, light bodied. On tap at new brewpub, Nov. 6 2010. 7-2-6-2-11

An unclear pale yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty combined with notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet and very lemony on a wheaty background, giving it a dry end. I can’t find the spices, that have gone into this one.

Cloudy yellow colour. Slight barnyard in the aroma along with wheat and a light apple note. Spicy/malty flavour profile with an acidic finish.
