11/4/2022. Bottle shared by minutemat, cheers. Pours clear pale golden amber with a small, short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of sweet malt, citrus, sweet corn, grain, cardboard. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Light body, slightly watery, above average carbonation. Looked good but otherwise not so good.

75cl (I think) bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, March 22. Sweet almost honey-like aroma. Basic lager taste, firm bitterness. Unexciting, but ok overall.

Monday 7th March 2022, monthly beer exchange in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Usual 5 suspects sharing beers and talking bollocks. First beer of the evening is a rather large green bottle of this beauty, cheers Mat for bringing it. We all got very excited when we read on the label it was a 'German Single Malt'. It poured a clean and clear golden colour and had a white head on each glass, the head even tried to stay around for a while. You could smell the corn as soon as the bottle was opened and sure enough, the beer was a fairly sweet offering, but not unpleasant in my eyes.

Can from a Phuket convenience store. Poured a clear straw colour with a short-lived fizzy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is dry malt, light corn, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a crisp, watery, light malt, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Can from a Thai government people, Phuket. Clear golden and not too foamy, just some white foam there. Nose has some cereal stuffiness, grainy and medium bodied. Taste is nice creamy and biscuity, light bitterness there. Actually feels decent, especially after some light beers. 5.3.6.3.13
