Slightly hazed, red colour with an amber-pink hue, a white frothy cap and some foamy lacing. Raspberry, yeasty aromas with a tad vanilla and tart. Lots of sourness in the taste with the raspberries, and yeasty-tartiness lingering on the tongue. A real nice fruity-sour ale with the raspberry-sourness that kicks well and last longer than many of this style.

Bottle: Poured a nice light pink color ale with a large pink color head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light tart raspberry with light oak notes is pretty refreshing. Taste is a nice mix of tart raspberry, light oak notes with limited acidity. Body si about average with good carbonation. Greta refreshing mix with no fake flavour agent added and great balance with limited acidity.

A pink burgundy red ale with a thin white head. In aroma, smooth raspberry jam with light mineral notes and acidity. In mouth, a nice refreshing mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, light Epsom salts, light and puckering, refreshing summer beer. On tap at Soirée des Brasseurs 2015.
