This is our hop monster. Despite a relatively modest ABV for an IPA, this beer delivers an explosion of hops in every sense. A very special beer.

Cask at White Hart, Cobham. Floral aroma with hints of honey and caramel. Golden amber. Creamy white head but it is on the thinner end of the spectrum. Medium bitter. An almost sour edge to it. Underlying citrus sweetness. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Dry astringent finish. Session IPA or Gold, guess that's down to the individual's own take on these things but It's somewhere between the two. Drops point for the bad taste it leaves in my mouth.

Cask at GBBF 2016. Day 1. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. Quite grassy, lightly sweet, with touches of pale bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly straightforward grassy bitterness on the finish, maybe some citrus rind, hay. OK stuff.

Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours clear gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, soft, sweet, candied peel, peach and lemonade. The taste is bitter, spicy, grass, straw, floral, nectarine, grapefruit, marmalade and some peppery spice. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. Decent fruity session gear.

Cask at the Claude de Vall (JDW), Camberley. Bright amber with a tight white head; citrus aroma; crisp citrus taste with a grainy body; and a sharply bitter grapefruit finish. More of a Golden Ale, and not a bad one either.

Clear bright amber gold colour with a small white head. Clean, sharp hoppy aroma, grassy, citrus and a hint of pine. Initially sweet malt and grapefruit with a long slightly astringent dry bitter finish.

Pours a clear coppery color, topped with a small white head. Mild herbal hops aroma, some notes of caramel present and slightly fruity. Mild taste, some sweetness in the start, followed by a sharp but moderate bitterness. Not bad, pretty drinkable, although not an IPA. Still nice.
