Bottle from the lcbo. Cloudy yellow/orange pour, with a small white head. Aroma is spicy, vegetal, very light fruit, and a lot of grasses and minerals. Mouth feel and carb are spot on. Medium bitterness, very grassy, and green finish. Floral and spicy, solid cereals, interesting beer. A bitter, floral lager..

Pours a slight hazy golden colour with a tint of orange. The head is frothy, warm light-beige, with decent retention and some foamy patches of lacing. Kind of a yeasty aromas with some citrus notes, mostly oranges. The hops are quite present in the taste with a sharp bitterness and dryness. Yep, very, very hoppy for a lager. Citrus is also present in the flavours, but in the background. Could this be one of the most bitter lager I have had ?

Draft: Poured a dirty beige color ale with a nice large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry floral undertones with light cereal notes. Taste is also dominated by a very dry hops profile with no residual sugar and light cereal notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable for the style but maybe a touch too dry at the end of the day.

A hazed blonde lager with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, nice and crisp. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2018.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, herbal notes and vegetal characters. Flavour is herbal in the hop department, with light vegetal character and toasted sweet cereal malt. Herbal, cerealy finish. Decent.

Dull tan colour, no head. Has a nice light hop spiciness on the nose. Biscuity malts, quite a bit of bitterness, again the hops come across with quite a spicy note. It’s unrefined for a lager but there’s good elements here.
