Le citron et les céréales fraîches dominent outrageusement. C'est assez trouble, et l'effervescence est somme tout bien légère pour le style. Bretts légers en finale... J'ai bien apprécié.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt with light peppery undertones is quite nice. Taste is a solid mix of rustic malt notes with some light peppery yeast notes and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid saison and reminiscent of Dupont in some ways.

A hazed golden saison with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, banana esters, cloves. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt banana esters, cloves, light silky mouth feel, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
