An active white head on a thin straw body. A mild nose has elements of lemon juice and spice. Very refreshing, clean and tart Berliner weisse. Lemons, cereal, green apples and a solid touch of sourness. Tart and clean finish.

Pours a hazy light golden-yellow colour with a big white cap, very good stay and some patchy foam lacing. Lightly sour nose with some nice citrus notes. Some sweetness appears with time like some nice Belgian Ale yeast. The taste is way more sour, with the yeast adding some tart in the finish. Hints of apples and more citrus. It’s alright.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet lemony malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity loads of lemon, Epsom salts, refreshing and smooth. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2017.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color berliner with a nice large foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of tart notes with subtle lemon notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some lemon notes with subtle acidic notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Refreshing and well brewed with nice drinkability factor.
