A dense off-white head on a deep brown body. Nose is subtle with malt, brown sugar and a touch of woodiness. Definitely understated taste profile. Caramel malt, a touch of citrus hops, brown sugar, some ground nuts. Very smooth with a slightly creamy finish.

Draft: Poured a clear brown color ale with a medium size off-white foamy head. Aroma of grainy malt based with very little residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of grainy caramelized malt with a dry finish with light earthy bitterness. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not a big fan of his one with too much grainy malt notes.

A reddish copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light roasted notes, light resinous notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with roasted character, light mineral notes, light nutty notes, pleasant. On tap at Le Barrage.
