A sour and citrus nose over a grapefruit juice body and an explosive, fine, foamy head. Lots going on here for a 4.9% abv beer. The taste is both tart and sour, featuring citrus notes, banana, cloves, other spices and bready malt. Very crisp and clean. A thin body and slight acidity make it even more refreshing.

Crisp, and clean. Dry, and bitter. Lots of grasses and hints of lemon. Light herbal notes with some white pepper and light tropical fruit. Nice session beer.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a nice large foamy head with god retention and limited lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with honey is pleasant. Taste is also a nice mix of honey, light cereal notes with a lemony tart finish. Body is light with good carbonation. Lacking a little something but still enjoyable and quite refreshing.

Bottle from the LCBO. Hazy pale yellow with a one finger white head that lingers. Nose is light grass, floral hops and a lot of peppery yeast. Flavour is very lightly sweet with a light lemon tartness and a more balanced spice than the nose implies. Light slick mouth with average carbonation and a crisp dry finish. 6+/3/7/4-/14

Pours a hazy light-golden with a foamy white cap, good retention and some soapy lace. The aromas remind me of pilsner, but they just did a pils from this series. Very grainy with some grassy hops. Hints of Belgian Ale yeast do appear a little. The taste is a little more Belgian with the yeast and some mild spices. All around citrus as well. Decent lighter alcohol Belgian-style ale and better than the pils they did. Not something I would buy again though.
