Bouteille 650ml. (2006)

Hazy blonde ale with a thin big bubbled white head. Aroma of yeast, honey apples and light peppery notes. In mouth, a crisp malt with light honey, yeast, and light medicinal notes, showing sign of infection. Bought at brewery, late August 2006.

Bottle courtesy of Tiggmtl, with him and Muzzlehatch as part of a swill tasting, 4/17/05. Light flowery hops and some dry, cracked grains, wheat notes. Light gold, rather pale, but somewhat unfiltered and has a moderately long lasting white head. Flavor tastes of corn husks, dry wheat and cracked grains, maybe some very light feathery herbs and light lemon oil. Fully attenuated, for the most part, with some dry veggies, plastics and cardboard. Bland, flavorless yeast and a light, watery body. I think everyone poured this one out. Moderate carbonation. Pretty sad, really, that this brewery can’t even do a blonde ale. . .

Holy crap I'm going to write more than Martin T! Light hazy tan. Fresh, fruity, flowery hop nose w/ toasty biscuits. Yeast, flowery, curranty palate. Refreshing, tasty. The second English-style golden ale from Quebec...I reiterate my enthusiasm for this development.
