Tap at Oersoep festival. Slight hazy light golden with white head. Quite some funk up front, dry musty grains, orange, mineral water, light white pepper, light baby puke. Light sweet and sour. Under medium bodied with spritzy carbonation.

750ml bottle thanks to rich. Pours out a hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is citrus a odd medicine cabinet spice and candy. Taste is more of the orange spice medicine cabinet and some tartness.

Bottle sample in memory of Fred Eclhardt, who I met at Fred Fest two years ago. Cloudy yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of dusty grapefruit. Taste is funky, dusty white pepper and cutrus. Nice. Thank you, Fred, for all you did for craft beer.

Draft at Jester King. Aroma is orange zest, grapefruit, zesty yeast. Yes this brew is exactly as it is description tells you. The yeast gives a pleasing zest along with fresh citrus, oranges, tangerine, and get grapefruits. The finish shows yeasty pepper, pretty refreshing!

Bottle shared by Adam, thanks! Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some bitter grapefruit and tart orange with some light grains, sweet citrus and a hint of funk underlying. Flavor has bitter grapefruit and a touch of light sweet orange with a grain backbone.

Bottle thanks to cloaker! Pours hazy golden yellow, medium white head, kinda fizzy but lots of residual and nice lacing. Aroma has that characteristic JK funk, a bit of bathroom, dusty, citrus zest. Flavor has lots of citrus; grapefruit notable, a bit of initial sweetness gives way to a dry body with light plus tartness with a background light funk (sans bathroom notes, fortunately). Medium body, nice effervescence. I think this one is better than the reviews it is getting.

Sample at the 2014 Infected Chimipalooza on 11/01/2014. Hazy straw color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Citrus, spice and yeast in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of zesty grapefruit, spice and earthy yeast. The finish is fruity with a pithy grapefruit aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle @ Crooked Stave Reserve Society meeting, thanks to Stephen for sharing. Pours a somewhat hazy yellow orange appearance with an off white head. Aroma is kind of funky. Maybe a hint of corn, lots of citrus, toasted malt, and floral notes in there. The flavor is a bit funky- grassy, toasted cracker, twangy corn, and grapefruit. Quite strange but I kind of found it interesting.
