nothing special really, another basic, amber ale in a market already flooded with them. some nice hops, a touch of malt, but nothing exceptional.

Roughly in the long-forgotten "English Pale Ale" style, this has a shiny penny bright copper colour and a thin head. Spicy hemp seed and caramel aroma. Earthy taste, low-ish bitterness and again with lots of hemp seed nuttiness. Good balanced version of the style.

Reddish amber ale with a thin creamy white head. Light grainy caramel malt aroma with light herbal hopping. In mouth, a rich caramel malt, nutty, with notes of rye and organic material. Medium bodied. On tap at bar, Sept. 3 2006.
