Die Braugerste zum Berg 3-Korn-Hefeweizen wird zusammen mit Alblinsen angebaut – mit gutem Erfolg. Denn nicht nur auf dem Teller passen Linsen und Bier gut zusammen, sondern auch auf dem Acker. Denn die Hülsenfrucht Linse ist eine rankende Pflanze und braucht eine Stützfrucht wie Braugerste, um nicht am Boden zu bleiben. So stammt die Öko-Braugerste für das Berg 3-Korn-Hefeweizen aus dem Alb Linsen-Gerste-Projekt.

Strong wheat malty aroma and taste. Cloudy light brownish color, small head. Light to mwdium body.

Hazy amber colour, white foam. Nose of banana, wheat, a bit citrussy, bready and malty. Good beer!

# 3793; 8/2023. Malty, yeasty, banana, milk chocolate, slightly smoky aroma. Hazy copper body; off-white head. Malty, banana, spicy, citrus, clovy, slightly bacon. Very good hefeweizen with adedd spelt. 0,5 l, bottle, Getränkemarkt, Reutlingen (Swabia, Germany).

500 ml bottle. Cloudy dark amber with a fluffy head. Dry zesty citrussy notes, sourdough, clove, unripe banana, yeasty, wheat, spices. Dry sourness, fruity sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry fruity sour finish. Nice!

Enthält neben dem üblichen Weizen- und Gerstenmalz auch Dinkelmalz. Farblich geht das noch als dunkles Weizen durch. Würzige Mischung aus kernigem Getreide, süßem Malz, säuerlichen Früchten und herben Kräutern. Hopfenbitter Noten sind klar erkennbar, aber bleiben im Rahmen dessen was sich für ein Weißbier gehört. Insgesamt mehr auf der säuerlichen Seite. Rohstoffe aus biologischem Anbau - sehr lobenswert.

500ml bottle. Hazy, brown-ish, dark amber colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Minimally spicy, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, pear, baked apple, some clove, a touch of honey and nutmeg. Taste is sweet-ish and spicy malty, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy, notes of banana, pear, apple, a touch of baked apple, some clove, a touch of nutmeg. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice composition with decent set of fruit flavours - good.

Deep gold with a frothy, white head. Yeasty aroma, grainy, with bubblegum and caramel undertones. Taste is bittersweet up front, dry and mildly bitter at the end. Medium-bodied, smooth, well balanced. A nice one.

Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Cloudy deep orange colour, firm creamy head. Distinct phenolic nose with banana and cloves. Mid sweet with medium body body and well rounded, creamy mouthfeel. Husky bread, bubblegum and cloves. Low bitterness. Very harmonious.
