On tap at the brewpub. Hazy yellow pour, huge white head. Aroma is a slap in the face of fresh zested lemon zest. So much so, its bordered on detergent smelling. There are hints of green citra cones if you go looking for it, but otherwise its just an assault on your sense of lemon oil. The body and carb are fine, and the finish is moderate to highly bitter, with a crisp citric finish. A good beer, but the lemon needs to be dialed back a touch i think.

Can that pours a cloudy golden-orange colour with a big frothy warm yellowish cap that stays long and creates foamy, kind of creamy lacing. Very lemony aromas with not only the sourness but the earthiness of the peel. The taste has the natural lemon zest with a bitterness to grows leaving a crazy dry mouthfeel. Some chunks of either hops or yeast drop in the last pour. This one is nice because it has that natural citrus feel well-blended with the hops.

Bottle: Poured a bright hazy yellow color ale with large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus zest with loads of hoppy floral notes. Taste is a mix of lemon notes with some intense citrus floral notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice IPA with loads of floral notes and limited bitterness and the lemon juice does add an interesting touch.

Bravo.

A golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light lavender notes faint hops, OK. In mouth, fruity esters, caramel malt with light grassy hops, OK.
