Fairly filtered, amber colour with golden highlights. The head is is lightly beige, creamy-frothy, long lasting and leaving good creamy lacing. Grassy nose with medicinal notes over the caramel malt base and decent toastiness. It is a touch piney, but not particularly enjoying the hops in here. Grassy-plasticy hoppiness on the bread malt touch. Not super offensive, but not my type of hops in a Red Irish ale. It does tend to blend better as it breathes.

O:6.825 V:4.946 G:6.606 C:3.906 G:11.125 T:33.408

Can: Poured a clear brown color ale with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with light dry bitter notes is quite pleasant. Taste is a nice mix of caramelized malt notes with some dry bitter notes and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Highly drinkable Irish red with nice dry finish.
