(Tap) Clear golden. Tiny white head. Slight citrus aroma. Light body. Fine carbonation. Slightly citrus start. Some light malt. Boring but drinkable.

474ml. can. @home. 28/05/2024 [#7.482 Global - #96 Canada - #6 Boréale - Brasseurs du Nord] Pours pale yellow with a two finger white head. Aroma: spiced grains, lemon peel, soft honey and citrus. Taste: mixed grains, some lemonzest and yeast. Fizzy mouthfeel. Refreshing at best. Next one, please!

(473ml can from Intermarche St Jean, Quebec City) Pours clear pale straw with a small fizzing white head. Aroma of sweetish cereal grains, white grape, touch of apple, generic herbal hops. Flavour matches the nose, slighlty sweet cereal core, light fruity notes like apple and soft citrus, a bit metallic, soft herbal hops, dry finish. Light bodied, average carbonation. Cooking beer that I gave a taste of, nothing special, generic lager for sure.

This lager poured a light yellow colour with a quickly living, bright white head. Scents include corn, metal and dough. First swig was very watery and lifeless. Flavours of really light dough, malt and corn. Finish is watery malt with the lightest hop flavour.

Can: Poured a bight golden color ale with a medium size pure white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes is pleasant enough. Taste is mostly dominated by cereal notes with light grainy notes and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nothing spectacular here but enjoyable nonetheless.

The first lager for this brewer and comes in cans (use to buying their brews in bottles). Pours a light golden colour with a frothy white head, good retention and lots of foamy lace. Smells like a Euro lager at first pour, but then the freshness disappears and grain and adjuncts appear. The taste is metallic with the grain taking over, thankfully, to linger a bit. Was expecting a better lager from this brewery. Will stick to their ales for my sessions.
