Second brew of the night from this brewery. Again, popping explosion with a lot of beer that flows all over my desk. Damn !! Way too over carbonated. Anyways, golden with many tiny particles all over. Big white head, long lasting with patchy foam lace. Sweet malt aromas with some alcohol. Not as sweet for taste, but pretty mild with some corn, malts and again, a little alcohol. The hop is present a bit, thankfully. Other than that, kind of a less ABV malt liquor, that is just a slight notch up.

A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, grainy malt with mineral notes, faint German hops, boring. In mouth, sweetish grainy malt with smooth German hops, peppery notes, decent. On tap at Espace Public, Nov 2 2012.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color lager with a huge pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of clean cereal with light crisp hops notes. Taste is a good mix between some clean cereal notes with some residual sugar notes and light dry hops finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed with nice cereal notes though maybe a tad too sweet for my taste.

Bouteille 341ml.
