16oz can from Tavour. Pale yellow pour, cloudy, high fluffy head. Beautiful! Biscuity aroma with lemony notes. Taste is mild and sweet, white bread, faint lemonade. Very smooth, light on the palate. Tasty, refreshing.

Canned 9/13/22, drunk 10/24/22. Clear brass-blonde, small, frothy, white head of moderate-to-low retention. Very fruity with a hint of sulfur/egg initially, but fully passing to leave behind a bit of white bread-like sweetness, light citrus and yellow fruit character. Good fresh herbal character and light pepper. No alcohol noted. Soft and malty with tons of white grape, floral notes and a very light honey and white-bread maltiness. The texture is excellent and the attenuation is great. At first I thought I wanted more honey-like richness from the malt, but it's actually not the precise flavor of the malt that matter so much as just the fact that it's got depth and attenuation, which it does here in spades. Clean with a great hop bitterness that isn't overdone.

Quintessential example of the style. Bittersweet with good carbonation and body, just right balance to make it very drinkable and refreshing with some yeast to set it off.

16Fl Oz can; drank on 9th December 2021, at my daughters place in California. Mini-haze to the light golden body, decent white affair on top. Grassy, weak floral nose with a malty/grainy undertone. Taste is also grassy/floral/malty and slightly sweet in nature.

Can. Pours a clear yellow gold with a fluffy white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a light grass and a hint of citrus rind with a bit of grain and straw supporting. Flavor combines straw and grass with a hint of citrus rind in the finish.

16 oz. Aroma is latex, weed, lightly bready, lightly grainy, crackery. Pours lightly hazy pale golden with a one finger bleach-white head with great retention, leaving Rorschach patterns of lace . Taste is moderately bitter, lightly sweet with pilsner-y type flavors; finishes lightly dry. Tightly carbonated, near foamy mouthfeel. Very nice.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is wet dough malt and a little spicy hop. Flavor is almost like a wheat malt base with some spicy hops and a little green grape aftertaste. Calling this a pilsner is a stretch. It has a heavy, chewy body. It does however have a nice flavor and a good noble hop bite to it.
