Incredibly light in colour, and glistening with Mosaic, Mosaic and more Mosaic. A juicy and piney showcase of our absolute favourite hop.

On keg at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Dark, brassy gold, clear with a thin white head. Apricot, iced tea notes, light mint on the aroma. Sweet taste, fruity, slightly tannic with an herbal note near the short finish. Watery body. Medium carbonation. A bit of a slight drink but very nice all the same.

330ml can ; BB 15th Jul 2020, brewed at de Proef, Belgium. Light, pale yellow/blond body, white topping. Citrus notes in the nose and taste from the Mosaic hops, not much else happening really.

Thin white head left a collar on a very pale golden body. Citra, hoppy & mango aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the palate with softer clean back. Light hoppy tasting with citra, zest, tangy, nectarine, confectionery & mango. Nice one.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A straw coloured pour with a tight white head; aroma of peach; tropical fruit taste - quite a mixture - with a smooth sweetish body; then some lingering peach stones to finish. Rather good.
