Radio Edit is a Hazy West Coast pale ale. The haze comes from protein and a high rate of dry hopping that leaves the beer opaque. The West Coast part means it’s aggressive with crisp hop flavor, assertive bitterness and a lingering lemongrass finish. Well hopped with Galaxy, Citra and Motueka the beer has aromas and flavors of lemon and orange peel, jasmine, melon and pine.

From tap at Cellarmaker, San Francisco. Aroma is lovely Cellarmaker style dank hops, lots of citrus, zesty fruit peel. Flavour is fairly bitter and lightly sweetish. Body is medium. Very juicy and dank citrus hop bomb!

Foam draught, 8/12/22. Heavy haze. Golden. White head. Juicy, moderately bubble gummy, more NE than most NE IPAs lately. Juicy but with a good bitterness featuring spice and light scallion. Seems to be heavy mosaic, sadly. Soft, malty, well-attenuated. Balanced. Some chalky dry hop on the end. Well-done but boy do I hate mosaic.

Can, thanks to Bytemesis. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a large foamy off-white head, pineapple-citrus aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter citrus-pineapple taste, smooth body, long citrus zest finish. Very mellow and easy to drink.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 10, 2020. Aroma is hop forward and fairly dank with some nice passion fruit, mango, pineapple, tropical citrus, orange and grapefruit. Light cracker malt notes and a hint of alcohol. Pours a somewhat hazy, dull, golden orange with a large, thick, white head that recedes to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes and a hint of light caramel. Medium bitterness and hints of alcohol. Moderate hop notes of mango, passion fruit, tropical citrus, orange and grapefruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice pale ale. Loads of hop character and a balanced malt profile.
