Hopfather started out back in the day when we had leftover Amarillo and Centennial hops. Over the years, we have upgraded the recipe with some new hop varieties to enhance the already beautiful hop foundation.

Orange with a white head. Dank pine, sweet caramel malts, floral notes, citrus underneath. Medium full bodied. Finish has loads of pine with a lightly sweet floral note. Yea, this thing rocks.

Tap at University of Beer in Vacaville California. Pours gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is rather dank. Medium body. I’m malt is rather dry, but the spear is rather bitter. The flavor is somewhat danish pine with malt balancing it out and there seems to be a lot of non-tropical fruit mix mixed in. The flavor is really good.

Dark orange body with lasting white head. Currant and hop aroma. Nice balanced taste with a long finish

At Stone Liberty Station - San Diego - Cali, 22nd February 25, with Shannon and Bob. Pours fairly clear golden, aroma is citrus and pine. Taste is floral, citrus and nicely bitter

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice piney hop character and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and clean, with bitter piney hops, floral hops, and crisp biscuity malt. More floral than most RR WCIPAs, but very clean and well-constructed as always. Very good.

Dark golden body, with a medium, off-white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, grass, caramel, Tastes quite similar, very lemony and piney. Medium, quite creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes bitter, citric, piney, a bit sweet. Lovely, straight west coast IPA. Beatiful piney and citric notes and just enough malt body. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

0,473l can at Nicos place. yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells mango, pines, grassy, exotic fruits. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes leathery, citric, grassy, earthy, peppery. finishes lightly dry and light to medium bitter with notes of citrus, grassy and earthy notes. Pretty good one

Canned, enormous thanks Ryan for getting these! Pale golden body, white head. Resin all over the place in the aroma, citric notes, orange, herbal touches. Sweet orange and resin in the dry taste, nicely aromatic. Good big bitterness IPA
