16 oz. Aroma has notes of dough, coriander, wheat. Pours hazy pale golden with a one finger off-white head that falls into a ring quickly. Taste is sweet and spicy, finishing lightly dry with witbier flavors. Great for style.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours hazy yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma is crackery, wheat, floury bread, straw, light spice, citrus peel and some green. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, then softens, touch of spice, citrus peel, floury bread, wheat, cracker, grass, green banana and some minerality. Finish is dry. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Simple, yet effective. Balanced and very drinkable indeed.

Taster pour at Total Wine & More, Danvers. Appearance is clear yellow/light brown with thin ring of white head, nice sparkle. Aroma is tart fruit and yeast. Taste is as aroma. Palate is light bodied with soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, true to the style--nothing particularly noteworthy nor anything deficient.

4 oz. draft sample at Thirsty Moose, Exeter location. Aroma is the flavor. Subtle pear with house yeast. Mild yeasty finish in a lighter body. Shows a mild tartness. Simple but a nice summer drinker.
